    Setting a PIN

    To prevent your voicemails being accessed if your handset is stolen please activate mailbox protection. To do this dial 901, press *, then 5 and select option3, you will then be able to set your own voicemail PIN.

    Changing your PIN

    To change your PIN dial 901, press *, key 4 and follow the prompts.

  • Blackberry Password

    Protecting your personal data on your Blackberry is something we strongly advise, to do this follow the steps below:

    1. Press the ‘Blackberry Key’ to bring you to your main menu
    2. Select ‘Options’ (spanner icon)
    3. Select Password
    4. Change top line to ‘Enable’
    5. Scroll to ‘Set Password’ and select
    6. Type new password and verify by entering it again
    7. Press ‘Blackberry Key’ and select ‘Save’

    NOTE: This will not protect the media on your memory card such as images and videos

    Passcode Lock
    By default, iPhone doesn’t require you to enter a passcode to unlock it.

    Set a passcode
    Choose General > Passcode Lock and enter a 4-digit passcode. iPhone then requires you to enter the passcode to unlock it.

    Turn passcode lock off or change the passcode
    Choose General > Passcode Lock and tap Turn Passcode Off or Change Passcode, then enter the current passcode.
